FAQs - Downloading
To search for your downloads on your computer, try the following:
Check in the "Downloads" folder of your computer, as often web browsers store all downloads into this as a default folder.
Run a search of your computer using the download name as a keyword.
Check the download history of your browser (usually under settings > downloads), if the item has been downloaded it will appear here. If it does not show, no download has taken place.
Retrieve the "download URL" on the email that was sent to you to confirm your redemption.
How long will my download take?Download times may vary depending on the content you have selected, your internet connection speed, and the size of your download.
My download is not playing, what should I do?Please contact us with the details of the download you are having trouble with, and the type of problem that you are experiencing. Please do not download the content again as it may not rectify the problem, and your Points could be deducted again.
What is a zip file, and how do I use it?A zip file allows you to download content in a compressed format - smaller file for a faster download. You will need to ‘unzip’ this file and extract your downloads before you can play.
